Honest limits
Legalithm generates dated, cited compliance artifacts from a versioned rules corpus. This page states what we do not test and what external evidence we accept.
Counsel review (Option B)
Legalithm rules corpus: 0% counsel-reviewed (0/52 subjects). Generated artifacts are not reviewed by counsel unless separately attested.

What Legalithm does
- Classify use cases against the versioned risk_map corpus
- Generate Article 50 disclosure snippets and agent disclosure templates
- Produce dated compliance records, Annex IV drafts, and FRIA PDFs from user input
- Ingest and attest third-party evidence (e.g. independent bias audits)
What Legalithm does NOT test
- Model fairness, bias, or robustness in your production environment
- Runtime agent behaviour, tool calls, or chain-of-thought outputs
- GDPR compliance, DPIA completion, or data-processing lawfulness
- Notified-body conformity assessment or CE marking
- Legal advice or counsel sign-off on any generated artifact
Evidence we accept
- Third-party bias audit reports (mapped to Annex III area 4 + Article 10)
- User-declared AgentProfile fields (never invented principals)
- Counsel review entries committed to review-provenance.json (none yet)
