You already carry the liability for what you tell a client. We do not want it and will not pretend to. Legalithm licenses you the versioned, cited text of EU digital product regulation, so your determinations rest on something you can check and your client can verify without us.
What you get
- The corpus as an API, across all three regulations. 415 obligations spanning the AI Act, the Cyber Resilience Act and the European Accessibility Act, each cited to the Official Journal and content addressed, so a change is detectable rather than announced.
- A partner hub. Your clients as tenants in one place, with access resolved from your account rather than a credential stored in a browser.
- Signature under delegation. Your firm signs a determination on a client's behalf, and the authority is recorded at the moment of signing.
- Offline verification. Your client, or their assessor, can verify the record with no Legalithm account and no call to us.
Check the claim before you talk to us
The thing this rests on is the one part you can test yourself, right now. Every signed record verifies offline with one command:
npx legalithm verify-record --bundle record.jsonIt reports the obligation versions the record was pinned to, each signature, and whether the record was altered. It exits non-zero when it does not verify. We are not in the loop.
Stated plainly: the signature proves who signed and that the record is unaltered. It does not by itself prove the delegation. The recorded authority is our attestation, and the tool says so in its own output.
Price
From €1,500 per product, per year. The same price whether you buy it or your client does.
A floor we are testing, not a triangulated number. It is the same meter as buying direct, so we are never undercutting you and you are never undercutting us. We would rather say that than perform confidence we have not earned.
What we are asking for
We are taking three design partners. You agree a real price now, and payment commences when the entity is formed, targeted 2027. In return you get the corpus, the hub, and direct influence over what gets built next.
