How to satisfy it: The short form permitted by Article 13(20), used where the full declaration is impractical to ship with the product. It does not replace the full declaration required by Article 28 and Annex V: it points at it, so the internet address must resolve. Annex II (6) is the matching user-facing duty, requiring that address in the information accompanying the product. The Regulation gives this annex NO numbered items, so it is one row rather than an invented sub-structure; the '(1)' inside the text is the Official Journal's footnote marker to its own citation, not part of the wording to reproduce.
