The presumption to fulfil the relevant obligations set out in other Union acts concerning features, elements or functions of products and services requires the following:

How to satisfy it: Conditional, not a duty: meeting these is what buys the Article 24(2) presumption that a feature, element or function fulfils accessibility obligations in OTHER Union acts. This is the hook the AI Act Article 16(l) cross-pack edge rests on.

Annex I Section VI (1)(a)

No harmonised standard is cited in the Official Journal under this Directive, so the Article 15(1) presumption of conformity is available to nobody. EN 301 549 is harmonised under Directive (EU) 2016/2102, the Web Accessibility Directive, and not under this one. Conformity is demonstrated against Annex I directly.
