Before placing on the market or putting into service a high-risk AI system, the provider shall register the system in the EU database referred to in Article 71.

How to satisfy it: Register the AI system in the EU public database before market placement. Include provider identity, system description, intended purpose, risk level, conformity assessment status, and Member States where the system is placed on the market.
