It describes the deployer’s processes, period and frequency of use, categories of persons affected, specific risks of harm, human oversight, and the measures taken if risks materialize.
Who has to do a FRIA?
Deployers that are bodies governed by public law, private entities providing public services, and deployers of high-risk systems in Annex III point 5(b)/(c) (creditworthiness and life/health insurance). The results must be notified to the market surveillance authority (Article 27(3)).
