EAA technical file and EU declaration of conformity

Annex IV internal production control for a product under Directive (EU) 2019/882. Describe the solutions adopted requirement by requirement, and the generator produces the technical file and, once every requirement is addressed, the declaration itself.

There is no harmonised standard to apply. None has been cited in the Official Journal in support of Directive (EU) 2019/882, so Annex IV(2)(b) falls to its second limb: you must describe the solutions adopted, requirement by requirement. This tool is built around that, which is why it asks for descriptions rather than a list of standards.

Article 7(2) makes the EU declaration of conformity and the CE marking conditional on compliance having been demonstrated under Annex IV. While any applicable requirement is unaddressed, the generated file lists what is outstanding instead of printing a declaration you cannot sign.
